Heartsaver CPR AED Course Description

The Heartsaver CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an adult. This course teaches skills with AHA's research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students' learning of skills.

 

Heartsaver CPR AED Course Audience

The Heartsaver® CPR AED course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.

Heartsaver CPR AED Course Completion Card

Upon completion of this course, ATTENTIVE SAFETY CPR and SAFETY TRAINING students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED Course Completion Card that is valid for two years.

 

The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Classroom Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve adult, child and infant choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.

This course is for healthcare professionals and ATTENTIVE SAFETY CPR and SAFETY TRAINING students training for healthcare positions that need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.

 

BLS for Healthcare Providers Course Completion Card

Upon completion of this course, ATTENTIVE SAFETY CPR and SAFETY TRAINING students receive an American Heart Association BLS Provider Card that is valid for two years.
